Refunds and digital downloads

This policy applies to orders placed directly through selifu.com. It does not remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Digital products

Outside mandatory legal rights, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital files that have been correctly supplied and made available for download or access.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom: consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost only when supply has begun after the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate supply and expressly acknowledged that beginning supply will cause the right of withdrawal to be lost, and we have provided the required confirmation. We will not treat acceptance of these Terms alone as that consent or acknowledgement. If these conditions have not been met, the applicable right of withdrawal remains.

This withdrawal exception does not affect statutory remedies if digital content is faulty, inaccessible, corrupted, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction, termination and a refund.

For a duplicate order, a download/access problem, or content that may not conform to its description, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and provide any remedy required by law.

Other locations and products

For customers outside the EEA and United Kingdom, refunds and cancellations are handled under the laws that apply to the order. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights or remedies. Physical products purchased directly through this store are subject to the return, cancellation and refund rights applicable to those goods. Orders placed through Etsy, Amazon or another marketplace are handled under that marketplace's policies.
