1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of selifu.com (the “Website”), operated under the Selifu Creative brand. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents Selifu Creative books, artwork and related content and may link to products available through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy and Amazon. At present, purchases are completed on those marketplaces rather than directly on the Website.

When you follow a marketplace link, the purchase, payment, delivery, cancellation, return and refund rules of that marketplace and the relevant product listing apply. Please review them before completing a transaction. Questions about an order should be submitted through the marketplace where the order was placed.

3. Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, images, formats and availability accurate. Screen settings, printing methods and marketplace updates can cause minor differences. Product details, prices and availability may change without notice. The information shown on the final marketplace listing prevails at the time of purchase.

4. Digital products

Unless a listing states otherwise, digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and print them for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload to a file-sharing service, claim authorship of, or use the files or artwork to create products for sale. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with Selifu Creative or the relevant rights holder.

5. Printed products

Printed editions may be manufactured, sold and fulfilled by third parties. Production times, delivery estimates, taxes, customs charges, returns and customer support are governed by the marketplace or fulfilment provider shown on the product listing.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its original content—including the Selifu Creative name, logos, artwork, illustrations, text, graphics and layout—are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may browse the Website and share links to its public pages. No other right or licence is granted unless we give express written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or use its content in a way that infringes rights or violates applicable law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Website uses Shopify and may link to independent services such as Etsy and Amazon. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the availability, security or content of the third-party service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selifu Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
